INSTRUCTIONS:
- Book a timeslot using the "Schedule Your Time" button above*
- Clearly label all the boxes of clothes with the information below prior to your scheduled time
- Full name
- Drop off date
- # of bags/boxes (i.e. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.)
- Fully seal and close off the bag/boxes to ensure nothing falls out during transport
- Your items will go into our queue and will be processed within 3-4 weeks.
- Please note that we require a minimum of 35 items for seller drop offs
If you require assistance, someone from our team can meet you at our the loading dock. Drive over to the loading dock (located on the side of the building near 13 Thompson St.), give us a call 647-285-1249/647-868-6887 and someone will come down to help you (see photo for directions).
