Canada (10 Provinces): We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 pretax and standard $10.99 flat rate on all other orders. Please note - when using a discount code the minimum $75 free shipping amount is calculated after the discount code is applied. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and standard shipping takes 1-7 business days.
Canada (3 Territories): Free standard shipping on all orders over $120 pretax and standard $31.99 flat rate on all other orders. Please note - when using a discount code the minimum $120 free shipping amount is calculated after the discount code is applied. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and standard shipping takes 3-9 business days.
United States: Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 pretax and $20.99 flat rate on all other orders. Please note - when using a discount code the minimum $100 free shipping amount is calculated after the discount code is applied. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and standard shipping takes 5-10 business days. Customers are responsible to pay for all related customs duties and taxes.
All customers in Canada and the US will receive a tracking number for their shipment once the order is processed and shipped. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

If you change your mind, you can receive a store credit for returned merchandise if items are returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Items can be shipped or dropped off at our Toronto location. Customers are responsible for shipping charges.
We offer full refund or exchange within 14 days of the shipping date on items that are defective or if there is a major discrepancy between the item description on our website and the product (i.e. incorrect size).
Our Return Policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for an exchange or refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached).

- Please contact us by email and include your invoice number to let us know you are returning your order
- Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items
- Items purchased with store credits will always be refunded back as store credits
- Once your returned is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if your exchange has been approved. All exchanges will be returned as store credit and emailed to you. Refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, it may take up to 10 business days after we receive your returned items for the refund to show up on your credit card
- All sale items are final sale. Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged for store credit
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was gifted or shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
To make a change or cancel an order, we will do our best to accommodate any changes, however if your request is made after the order has been fulfilled and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes. Please email email@example.com for any questions or concerns.
Once Canada Post picks up our packages, it is then their responsibility for lost and/or misplaced packages. Should there be any issues we will try our best to help and launch an investigation with Canada Post. Please note these investigations take up to 5 business days to be settled.
