Now, we're taking the next step to ensure that Modern Rascal's fun, quality pieces are kept in rotation! Sell your pre-loved Scandi clothes, toys & books purchased from Modern Rascals to Beeja May and they'll find them a new home. You'll receive cash from Beeja May in return for your outgrown items, AND a 30% store credit applied to your Modern Rascals account to use for future purchases.

No fee but please include a minimum of 35 qualified items (i.e. like new condition, no holes/rips/stains, etc.) to sell. We offer free curbside pickup in Toronto and certain parts of the GTA (pickup zones here).
The minimum number of qualified items may include a combination of any items that we accept (i.e. a mix of toys, books, clothes).
Note: the Modern Rascals store credit will be calculated on Modern Rascals items only.

Once we receive your items, our team will carefully inspect them. We will send you an email with an itemized list of what we are purchasing and the payout price. At that point, you can choose to receive a cash payout, store credit (with 20%) or donate the proceeds. We payout upfront, so no need to wait for your items to sell!
Depending on the number of items you are selling, please allow our team a few weeks of processing time.
We accept items in brand new, like new and lightly used conditions.

For clothing in like new condition, we typically pay 18-25%. The payout is a percentage of our list price (how much we sell it for in store) and condition of the item.

You are welcome to pick up any items we do not accept from our office located in Leslieville, Toronto. Alternatively, we can donate them on your behalf to local charity organizations.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to gather and process your pre-loved items. Depending on the amount of clothes we receive, timing may vary. Feel free to email Beeja May to follow up on your pre-loved items.

Store credits will be applied monthly, around the middle of the month after Beeja May has issued your payment. Please refer to the general timeline above.
If you have received payment from Beeja May, and the middle of the month has passed, please ensure that the full name and email address used to book your drop-off/pickup matches the ones for your Modern Rascals account.

The store credit will be 30%* of the payout you receive from Beeja May on items purchased from Modern Rascals.
For example, if your payout from Beeja May is $100, your Modern Rascals store credit will be $30.
