No fuss, no muss, no fancy pictures or long intros. Just the recipe to a delicious vegan, gluten-free brownie with loads of hidden veggies *shhh, no need to tell your toddler* Ingredients: 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter 2/3 cup creamy almond or cashew butter 6 tsbp melted coconut oil 1/2 cup maple syrup 2 flax eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 cup finely shredded zucchini (make sure to squeeze out all the water) 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy free) Directions: Preheat over to 350F Line an 8" x 8"...
